Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience in both traditional and digital education, particularly skilled in converting instructor-led training to eLearning platforms.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage these tools in course development and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred but not required:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Familiarity with USCG and STCW guidelines for maritime training and course submissions.
