Dynamic and Experienced Sales and Marketing Professionals Wanted

I am looking for a marine terminal professional with bulk cargo experience. This position will involve operations, sales, and marketing for the terminal. This will cover cargo operations – vessel, rail and truck, labor relations, client relations, and general management. Ideally you will be a solid operator and very comfortable developing and managing client relations and selling services.

Ideally you’ll have:

• Bachelors Degree
• 10 plus years of experience in bulk terminal operations – required
• Leadership and management experience in a marine terminal environment
• Experience with vessel and rail cargo operations
• Must be able to say no when needed and have the ability to get to yes as often as possible
• Comfortable wearing many hats and leading an active and diverse operation
• Safety conscious management style required
• Comfortable and experienced developing and managing client relationships
• Must be a team player able to work with senior management, staff, and labor
