HVAC Service Coordinator
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Service Coordinator for a commercial plumbing and HVAC equipment manufacturer’s representative, serving the state of Arizona.. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide direct communication with both team members and customers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills,
strong organizational abilities, and is experienced in service operations, knowledgeable in
mechanical and plumbing systems, and can communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from customers to gather/provide information and to schedule
appointments.
• Make outbound calls to customers to gather/provide information and to schedule
appointments.
• Coordinate with service technicians and parts/warehouse department to prepare for
upcoming appointments.
• Ensure all necessary parts, tools, etc. are available and staged for upcoming
appointments.
• Monitor and reply to emails in a timely manner.
• Quickly learn and become highly proficient in the Company’s appointment processes as
it relates to various job types.
• Be relentless and thorough in the pursuit to provide a five-star experience.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding technician timeframes.
• Deescalate and solve customer concerns

purchasing departments.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC or plumbing service experience.
• In-depth understanding of boiler and HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance,
and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with safety standards, codes, and regulations relevant to HVAC and boiler
systems.
