  • Kitchen/Galley Equipment Experience
  • Shipboard or Cruise Ship Experience
  • Fluent English
  • Interpersonal communication and cooperation skills
  • Customer care skills
  • Knowledge of company quality system and processes
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project
Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for executing and supervising Service interventions
  • Conduct onboard visits to assess inquiries and help customers express their needs
  • Participate, with Maintenance Coordinators, in the planning of interventions
  • Perform service interventions with Catering and Accommodation
  • Training maintenance and operative staff on board
  • Support Spare Parts and Product Divisions
  • Participate in Lifecycle Services portfolio development (Maintenance kits database, installation kits, digital tools content, reports, planning, etc.)
