Vessel Operator, Dry Bulk – West Palm Beach
Our client is an established carrier in the dry bulk trades. We are looking for an experienced Vessel Operator to join their team in South Florida. In this role, you will work with both charterers and a team of operators to ensure the smooth and efficient management of their voyages. You will also be actively engaged with agents, bunker suppliers and the vessel crew. We are looking for someone with the following:
- University degree, maritime academy preferred
- Time at sea on dry bulk vessels a plus
- 5+ years previous experience operating dry bulk vessels
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Works well within a team in a fast paced environment
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States, no visa or sponsorship opportunities at this time
