Our client is looking to hire an experienced VLCC Ship Broker to join their growing crude tanker desk in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established broker with a strong network across shipowners, charterers, and crude trading houses to join a dynamic brokerage environment within one of the world’s leading maritime hubs.
Key Responsibilities

Broking VLCC fixtures in the global crude tanker market.

Developing and maintaining relationships with shipowners, charterers, oil majors, and commodity traders.

Negotiating charter party terms and executing fixtures from initial negotiation through to completion.

Providing clients with market insights, freight analysis, and intelligence on crude tanker markets.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the tanker sector.

Working closely with operations and post-fixture teams to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements

Significant experience in tanker shipbroking with exposure to VLCC markets.

Strong commercial network within the crude tanker industry.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
