Jack Mylott – Executive Recruiter, leads search and recruitment assignments in the Industrial, Maritime, Energy, Logistics, Transportation, and Private Equity sectors worldwide. As a recruiter, Jack brings more than 25 years of experience leading international businesses to his client work. He established his professional reputation as an executive leading global ship owning organizations and has been responsible for business units in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Americas.

Leveraging his background leading international businesses, Jack acts as a trusted advisor on a broad range of talent matters and business issues. Jack’s professional experience includes senior executive positions with Tropical Shipping and Ecuadorian Line. Jack has also started up and led several successful entrepreneurial ventures. Jack is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, and earned a M.B.A. from St. John’s University. He is a leader in many industry and community organizations, has served as an officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve, and is a licensed deck officer.

Tim is an experienced executive with a record of success in the maritime industry. Tim has an extensive network of contacts in the ship brokerage, ship finance, insurance, and admiralty law sectors. Tim works primarily with companies and executives to develop marketing and business development opportunities. He is frequently consulted by financial institutions, law firms, and shipping companies on potential business opportunities as well as intelligence in the market. Tim’s professional experience includes time sailing on his merchant marine license onboard tankers. Tim spent 7 years as Manager of Sales at SeaWave LLC providing satellite communications and IT solutions for the maritime industry as part of the original management team. He was essential in securing funding, launching of all sales and marketing activities as well as the eventual buyout of the company. Tim is a 1994 graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point and a licensed deck officer. He is active in many industry organizations and well known throughout the maritime industry.

With over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, Mick has utilized his engineering background in a number of assignments. Mick has worked in U.S. Navy shipyards, sailed commercially on U.S.Flag vessels, held several technical engineering sales roles, and has operational experience as a branch manager, in areas ranging from the United States and Latin America. Mick has the unique distinction of having operational experience with nuclear, slow speed diesel, medium speed diesel, gas turbine, and steam propulsion systems. Mick is a marine engineering systems graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point and earned a MBA with the University of Florida. Mick has raised his USCG license to 1st assistant engineer, unlimited hp. He is active in both the KP and UF Alumni Associations, and is a member of several community organizations and charities.

With over 17 years experience in the maritime industry, Rory has worked in a diverse range of sectors in the industry. His recent professional activity included the provision of advice on maritime policy to the Irish government and the provision of specialist maritime taxation advice to government representatives in Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. He was closely involved in development of legislation for the introduction of the Irish tonnage tax, as well as supervising the development of shipping finance schemes. Rory also provided support for companies looking to expand in Europe and invest in the Irish maritime sector. Prior to his involvement with the Irish government, Rory was a business developer for one of the world’s largest maritime risk and research companies. A graduate in economics and politics from the National University of Ireland (NUIG), Rory has a postgraduate diploma in business, also from NUIG, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University.

Mike Stuart graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in 2008 with a B.S. in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation while being a four-year letterman of the football team and serving as Captain his senior year. After graduation, he sailed for Kirby Inland Marine as a wheelman, being promoted to Pilot and holding a USCG Third Mates License and a Mate of Towing endorsement. Mike has leveraged his contacts to specialize in recruiting for the inland and offshore towing industries, the marine terminal industry, and the commercial maritime industry. His goal is simple: combine his passion for the maritime industry with his knowledge of the recruitment process.

Beth Wilson-Jordan is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and earned a Master’s of Science degree in Transportation Management from the State University of New York Maritime College. She is the former President of the Connecticut Maritime Association Board of Directors and her maritime background includes marine fuels, consulting, education and intermodal operations for a manufacturing firm.

Erika has a diverse background in sales, account management and operations working in the maritime, financial services and technology industries. Prior to relocating to Fort Lauderdale, she served as a fleet coordinator working for International Registries on behalf of the Marshall Islands. Erika has a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware and believes her understanding of the human psyche contributes to a successful partnership between clients and candidates.

Jenni is the office manager for Flagship Management’s European business and is responsible for the administration and financial activities for the company in Europe. Jenni has extensive experience running her own companies in the UK and Hong Kong and brings those skills to the Flagship operation. As well as handling day to day administrative activities Jenni is engaged in database management and company research supporting Flagship’s recruiters.
