Deckhands / ABs for PSVs-UK Waters
Deckhand / Able Seaman – PSV Operations, UK Waters
Our client is urgently seeking experienced Deckhands/ABs to join PSVs operating in UK waters. Start dates are August 10th and Sept 14th.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out deck operations, cargo handling and vessel maintenance.
- Assist with mooring, anchoring and offshore supply operations.
- Operate deck machinery and lifting equipment as required.
- Maintain high safety, housekeeping and environmental standards.
- Participate in emergency drills and support the vessel’s marine operations.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification and seafarer medical.
- Appropriate Able Seaman/deck qualifications and relevant PSV experience.
- Valid offshore safety certification where required.
- Good working knowledge of deck operations and safe working practices.
- Must hold a valid Irish or UK passport, or a UK Frontier Worker permit/right-to-work documentation.
