Area Sales Manager – USA Maritime

Seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive aftermarket growth. You’ll be part of an international team, working closely with our Division Manager in the UK to strengthen customer relationships and expand our market reach. In this role, you can work from anywhere in the United States, with optional access to our Florida office for in-person collaboration and meetings.

You will join our business unit which delivers heat transfer solutions tailored for aftermarket needs. Products are trusted for their genuine OEM quality by the world’s leading engine manufacturers and licensors.

We’re looking for someone who can captivate both new and existing customers by telling the story behind our solutions – while driving aftermarket sales across our range of heat exchangers and service offerings in the marine, industrial, and power generation markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell the group’s portfolio of heat exchangers, including dry coolers, charge air coolers, shell & tube exchangers (including ASME U stamp), evaporators, condensers, and generator coolers.
  • Promote repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, spare parts, and replacement services.
  • Identify opportunities to replace competitor equipment in the field.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and service agreements.
  • Conduct site visits to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape our aftermarket strategy.
  • Meet and exceed annual aftermarket sales targets to drive sustainable growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ aftermarket or service sales experience.
  • Solid knowledge of heat exchangers, cooling systems, thermal equipment, engines, marine, or industrial fluid movement systems.
  • Proven success selling into marine, industrial, or power generation markets.
  • A results-driven sales approach with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel regularly across the U.S. to engage with customers.
