The ideal candidate brings proven P&L leadership in a B2C transportation or related consumer services business, with a track record of scaling operations, building high-performing teams, and driving customer-centric growth. Experience navigating regulatory complexity, fleet operations, asset management, and brand-building in a competitive consumer market will be especially valued. This person should be comfortable operating with significant visibility to a board and investors, and able to balance operational rigor with strategic vision.
