Our client is a well-established international marine technical services organization seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a significant business unit through its next phase of growth. This executive will be responsible for driving commercial success, strengthening operational performance, and building a culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
The General Manager – Marine Technical Services will work closely with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives while maintaining exceptional service delivery and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for a multi-disciplinary business operation with full financial accountability.
- Develop and execute business strategies that increase profitability, market share, and long-term customer value.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience managing complex service or operational businesses.
- Demonstrated success leading organizations with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing customer relationships and growing revenue.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change while improving operational performance.
- Experience managing multiple functional disciplines, including operations, finance, sales, and people leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
