Operations Manager-Commercial Diving
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our commercial diving company. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient project execution, regulatory compliance, safety standards adherence, and optimal resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial diving operations, personnel management, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day commercial diving operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Ensure all diving operations adhere to IMCA, ADCI, OSHA, HSE, and other relevant industry regulations.

Work closely with clients to assess project requirements, develop proposals, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Monitor and manage budgets, operational costs, and financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Lead, mentor, and supervise dive teams, supervisors, and technical staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Oversee maintenance schedules for diving equipment, vessels, and other operational assets.

Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping for all diving operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Dutch language skills are essential

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial diving operations.

Diving Supervisor or Diver Certification from an accredited body (e.g., IMCA, ADCI, DCBC) preferred.

Strong knowledge of diving equipment, procedures, and industry regulations.

Experience in personnel management, team leadership, and client relations.

Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Willingness to travel and work in offshore or remote locations as needed.
