Tim Green is a Partner and Co-Founder of Flagship Management, specializing in executive search for the global maritime industry. With more than 30 years of maritime experience and over two decades in executive recruitment, Tim has built one of the industry's strongest networks of senior maritime executives across commercial shipping, tanker operations, technical management, ports and terminals, marine services, ship finance, marine insurance, and maritime law.

Tim partners with ship owners, operators, private equity firms, maritime service providers, and emerging maritime technology companies to identify and recruit executive leadership. His search work focuses on C-suite, Vice President, Director, and other senior leadership positions where industry knowledge, discretion, and an extensive professional network are critical to a successful outcome.

Recognized throughout the industry for his relationships and market intelligence, Tim is frequently consulted by clients for insight into executive talent, organizational strategy, succession planning, and hiring trends across the maritime sector. His reputation has been built on long-term relationships, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of the commercial shipping industry.

Prior to executive search, Tim sailed aboard U.S.-flag vessels as a licensed deck officer before joining SeaWave LLC, where he spent seven years as Manager of Sales. As a member of the company's original management team, he played a key role in the company's growth, helping secure funding, launch its sales and marketing organization, and support the company's successful acquisition.

Tim is a 1994 graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point.  He remains active in numerous maritime organizations and is widely recognized throughout the industry for his extensive executive network and commitment to the maritime profession.
