The company is seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of strategic growth and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will have full responsibility for the company’s strategic direction, financial performance, operations, business development, engineering, and organizational leadership. The successful candidate will drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, expand market presence, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and overall business performance.
- Provide full P&L leadership, financial oversight, and operational excellence.
- Expand business with vessel owners, operators, shipyards, OEMs, and government customers.
- Oversee ship repair, engineering, field service, and technical operations.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Ensure world-class safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of executive leadership within ship repair, marine engineering, shipyard operations, or industrial services.
- Demonstrated success leading profitable, technically focused organizations.
- Strong commercial, operational, and financial leadership skills.
- Experience developing strategic customer relationships and leading organizational growth.
- Engineering or business degree required; MBA preferred.
