Fully remote and based in Virginia, Mississippi, or Louisiana.

Support Outfitting application installations, customer success, training, and technical consultation. Work closely with customers across the full lifecycle, combining hands-on software work with close customer collaboration and maximize customer utilization and success.

Travel is estimated at 25-40% and includes both domestic and international travel – must have a valid passport for travel outside the USA.

Job Description:

• Act as the primary contact for customers from installation to operation.

• Provide technical support and training to allow customers to maximize utilization and success.

• Advise customers on software application in piping, machinery layout, and outfitting design workflows.

• Solve technical questions and troubleshooting complex issues.

• Perform training sessions both remotely and at customer sites.

• Participate in the sales process as a technical software expert and delivering software demonstrations.

• Provide customer feedback into clear and actionable input for software design team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A marine, mechanical, or shipbuilding-related background is preferred.

• 3+ years of practical experience in shipbuilding and outfitting design, engineering, or 3D CAD.

• Strong understanding of the U.S. marine industry, with additional value placed on military shipyard experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Strong ability to build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Basic programming knowledge (for instance C++) is considered a plus.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
